University Health in San Antonio, Texas is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Urologist to join our growing team in a primarily outpatient practice setting. Role Highlights:
- Monday–Friday schedule
- General urology practice in a predominantly outpatient setting (clinic + procedure days)
- Procedures performed at University Hospital or affiliated Ambulatory Surgery Centers
- Practice based at one primary clinic location
- Strong internal referral network from 80+ primary care providers across 32+ clinical sites

- Opportunity to teach medical students and residents
Call Expectations:
- Minimal call requirements anticipated
- Light call schedule (approximately 1:4 to 1:6) expected once new community hospitals open in 2027
- During call weeks: no clinic responsibilities and adjusted wRVU expectations
- Call responsibilities will be limited and primarily support newly expanded community hospital operations
