Cleveland Clinic Florida is expanding into the heart of downtown West Palm Beach, and we are seeking a fellowship-trained Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery subspecialist to join our growing team and help shape the future of women’s health in Palm Beach County.
This is an exciting opportunity to build a practice within Cleveland Clinic’s nationally recognized, integrated healthcare system while collaborating with specialists across our expanding network. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive care for women with pelvic floor disorders and have the opportunity to help develop innovative, multidisciplinary women’s health services in a growing market.
About the Opportunity
- Join Cleveland Clinic Florida’s growing Women’s Health Institute and multidisciplinary team of gynecologic specialists.
- Build a Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery practice at our new 15 CityPlace location in downtown West Palm Beach.
- Provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment for women with pelvic floor disorders, including urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse and other urogynecologic conditions.
- Perform a broad range of reconstructive and minimally invasive procedures, based on your clinical interests and expertise.
- Collaborate with Urology, Gynecology, Colorectal Surgery and other specialists across Cleveland Clinic’s integrated network.
- Opportunity to participate in the development of new programs and services as Cleveland Clinic Florida continues to expand throughout Palm Beach County.

About 15 CityPlace
Opening in late 2027, 15 CityPlace will bring Cleveland Clinic’s nationally recognized care to the heart of downtown West Palm Beach. This approximately 120,000-square-foot outpatient and ambulatory center is designed to provide an integrated, patient-centered experience with advanced imaging, specialty care, infusion services, outpatient procedures and other comprehensive services.
Located within the vibrant CityPlace district, the new center will serve as an important part of Cleveland Clinic Florida’s continued growth in Palm Beach County and will connect patients with Cleveland Clinic’s broader network of specialty and hospital-based care.
