Lead Specialized, High-Impact Care
As Site Medical Director, you will provide clinical leadership for one of Tennessee's most medically complex correctional populations. You'll oversee the delivery of care for patients with chronic illnesses, behavioral health conditions, dialysis needs, and other complex medical challenges while collaborating closely with specialists across multiple disciplines.

Requirements
The ideal candidate possesses:
- Strong physician leadership and organizational skills

- The ability to manage medically complex patient populations
- Correctional healthcare experience strongly preferred
