About the Practice
Renal Physician Associates of Winchester is a well-established, physician-owned nephrology group serving the Northern Shenandoah Valley. We are seeking a fifth full-time BC/BE Nephrologist to join our growing team of four physicians and two nurse practitioners. This addition reflects continued growth and rising patient demand across our service area.
Our practice delivers comprehensive outpatient consultative care, inpatient hospital coverage at a single regional tertiary center, and dialysis services—in-center, home, and nocturnal—across four dialysis facilities, supported by a strong ancillary staff and referral network. Through our telehealth program, we extend nephrology coverage to rural hospitals within the Valley Health system, broadening our reach across the region.
Position Details
Full-time, 100% nephrology practice — no general internal medicine or hospitalist responsibilities
Outpatient consultative care, single tertiary hospital coverage, and dialysis management
Telehealth nephrology coverage provided to rural hospitals within the Valley Health network
Four dialysis centers: in-center, home, and nocturnal dialysis populations
Dedicated hospital, clinic, and dialysis schedule with minimal travel between sites
1:5 call schedule — very manageable with rare after-hours callbacks

Requirements
