Practice & Cases

• Hospital-based urology with outpatient clinic component
• 15 to 18 patients per day
• Procedures include ureteroscopy, TURP, TURBT, and cystoscopy
• Approximately 3 to 4 surgeries per week

Schedule

• Clinic, OR, and procedure-based coverage
• Short-term blocks available across multiple months
• Flexible PRN scheduling
• Ongoing need through the end of the year

Requirements

• Must be an MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• Active Arizona license or IMLC eligibility
• ACLS and DEA required

Logistics

• Travel and lodging provided
• Rental car and mileage covered
