We are seeking a dedicated Nephrologist in Washington for an 8-day assignment starting Apr 3, 2026. This role involves providing comprehensive outpatient continuity clinic care and hospital consults, managing various kidney diseases, hypertension, electrolyte disorders, and coordinating dialysis and transplant patient care, with shifts of 8 hours plus call.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Outpatient continuity clinic and hospital consult coverage
- Diagnosis and management of kidney disease
- Hypertension and electrolyte disorders management
- Chronic kidney disease (CKD) management
- Dialysis and transplant patient management (longitudinal care)
- Hospital consults (AKI, ESRD complications, etc.)
- Dialysis coordination and support
- ICU/ED involvement when needed
