An established private anesthesiology group in Richmond, Indiana is adding an anesthesiologist to its physician-only practice. Practice Overview

• Join an established team of 11 anesthesiologists in a 100% physician-performed practice with no CRNAs or anesthesia assistants
• Perform a broad mix of general surgery, orthopedics, spine, vascular, OB, GI, plastics, GYN, and urology cases, with no open-heart, bariatrics, or intracranial neurosurgery
• Manage your own cases from induction through PACU discharge, including ultrasound-guided regional nerve blocks
• Collaborate with physician peers and dedicated anesthesia techs while benefiting from a strong regional referral base

Schedule

• Standard schedule of five 8-hour shifts per week with a 100% procedural focus
• No pre-op clinic responsibilities, allowing you to focus entirely on perioperative and intraoperative care
• Home call shared on a 1:9 rotation with a guaranteed post-call day off after first call
• Weekend and overnight responsibilities are evenly shared across the group

Compensation & Benefits

• Independent 1099 position with daily compensation, anesthesia unit payments, overtime, and call pay
• $60,000 sign-on bonus paid after credentialing is complete

Candidate Requirements

• MD or DO with Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Anesthesiology
• Open to both experienced anesthesiologists and new graduates
• Comfortable independently managing cases without CRNA supervision
• Proficient in ultrasound-guided regional nerve blocks and willing to provide general OB and healthy pediatric anesthesia
