Nephrologist Opportunity – Onsite & Telehealth Options Available

Renasolve is a physician-owned and physician-led organization providing comprehensive renal care to underserved and rural communities across the United States. We are seeking nephrologists interested in a flexible practice model combining onsite clinical care with telehealth-supported coverage.
Renasolve partners with hospitals and healthcare systems to deliver inpatient nephrology services, acute dialysis, and comprehensive outpatient care through a collaborative care model supported by advanced practice providers and technology-enabled telehealth platforms.
This opportunity is ideal for physicians seeking clinical autonomy, scheduling flexibility, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in communities with significant need for nephrology services.

Practice Structure
- Growing CKD and ESRD patient populations
- Typically 1–2 clinic locations and 1–3 dialysis centers per site
- Single affiliated hospital per location
- Average inpatient census of 5–10 patients per day
- Call coverage primarily supported through telehealth

Candidate Qualifications
- MD or DO
- BC/BE in internal medicine and nephrology
- Completion of an accredited residency and fellowship program
- J1 sponsorship may be available for some locations
