Urologist | Rock Springs, WY | $600K Base, 4-Day Week, Robotics & MOSES Laser

Join a rapidly growing practice built to meet overwhelming regional patient demand. This turnkey opportunity offers dedicated OR block time, top-tier surgical technology, and no state income tax, so you keep significantly more of what you earn.

Position Highlights

• Schedule: 4-day workweek (Mon-Thu, 10-hour days) with 1 dedicated surgery day and built-in daily admin time
• Technology: da Vinci Xi robotics, MOSES laser, and advanced urodynamics
• Practice setup: Broad scope of robotic, laparoscopic, and general urology, with full autonomy to focus on your subspecialty interests
• Manageable call: About 10 days per month (1:3), with infrequent weekend call and very light inpatient volume
• Open to: Board-certified or board-eligible urologists; new grads and experienced surgeons equally welcome

Compensation & Benefits

• $600K guaranteed base salary
• $30K sign-on bonus and $10K relocation allowance
• Student loan repayment up to $90K
