WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a full-time Board Certified/Board Eligible Nephrology Physician to join our growing practice located at Franciscan Physician Network Nephrology Hypertension Lafayette in Lafayette, IN. Physician will travel to nearby outreach locations

WHAT WE NEED:

Ideal candidate will have a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to develop strong ties with the community and build long-lasting relationships with patients. Physician will need to work collaboratively to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

• Flexible full-time schedule

• Physician will divide their time between clinic, rounding and dialysis clinic outreach locations

• Minimal travel to outreach locations <1 hour from main campus, 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. per shift

  • Crawfordsville – Once a week, 10 – 14 patients

  • Rennselaer – Once a month, 10 – 14 patients

• Call Coverage: 1:4

• Average outpatient volume: 10 - 15 patients per day

• Average inpatient volume: 0 – 5 patients per day

• Nurse Practitioner support

• Doctorate - Required

• Physician License (MD/DO) - Upon Hire Required – and -

• Board Certification in Specialty Discipline (or eligibility if appropriate) - Upon Hire Required

• Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association - Upon Hire Required
