This is an exceptional opportunity to join our Pediatric coverage Team in Buffalo. Oishei Children’s Hospital in Buffalo, NY is a free-standing children’s hospital with excellent subspecialist support.
The Opportunity
- Case mix will be a variety of OB and Peds
- Surgical volume includes General surgery, otolaryngology, gynecology, urology, craniofacial, neurosurgery, gastroenterology.
- Level 1 Trauma Center, the only in the region
- Level 4 NICU and 20 bed multi-disciplinary PICU
- No Peds Hearts
- Hospital is a teaching site for the University at Buffalo Jacobs School of Medicine
Our opportunity offers you the following:
- Base Salary: $617,000 (includes 58.25 calls, additional compensation for calls in excess of this amount)\Overtime: Available
- Sign-on bonus: $150,000 ($75,000 at signing, $37,500 at the end of years one and two)
- Vacation: 10 Weeks PTO
- Health, dental, and vision (employer covers premium and deductible for Health and Dental)
- Malpractice insurance covered
- CME Stipend: $9,000 annually
- Earn While You Learn Stipend eligible
Qualifications:
BE/BC in Anesthesiology
Graduate of ACGME Pediatric Fellowship program
Physician MD/DO licensed in New York or eligible for medical licensure in New York
