We have an opportunity for a Full Time and Per Diem Advanced Practice Provider to join our 3 surgeons and 3 APP's at our Silverdale, Washington location.
Our service provides a wide range of endovascular and open surgical procedures, including TCAR, CEA, peripheral bypasses, EVAR/FEVAR, dialysis access and vein procedures. We work closely with hospitalists, podiatrists / foot & ankle specialists, IR, cardiologists, wound care and other specialists to provide comprehensive and compassionate care for our patients.
Responsibilities: OR first assist Inpatient rounds Inpatient consults Outpatient follow-ups Schedule; 4 10's Call; Weekday; One day per week 1:4. Weekend call; 1:4

Requirements
Nurse Practitioner: * 1+ years advanced practice vascular surgical work experience preferred. Will consider other surgical specialties. * Washington State Registered Nurse License and an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner License are required for this job. * Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) and National Provider Identifier (NPI) numbers may be required depending on the position, as well as prescriptive authority. * Advanced background in nursing; an understanding of anatomy, physiology, histology, and pharmacology; and strong interpersonal and counseling skills. * Certification by specialty area as well as work experience in specialty area may be required, depending on the position. * BLS required
OR
Physician Assistant-C: * 1+ years advanced practice vascular surgical work experience preferred. Will consider other surgical specialites. * This position requires Certification as a Physician Assistant with prescriptive authority in the State of Washington. * BLS required
