- Balanced Clinical & OR Time: Monday-Thursday schedule (8 AM - 5 PM) and a half-day on Friday, with OR typically one to one and a half days weekly at a center equipped with two da Vinci robots
- Predictable Call Structure: Enjoy a manageable 1:10 call rotation (weekdays and weekends), covering both clinic and hospital patients
- Attractive Compensation & Growth: Financial package up to $500,000 with call included, plus a clear track to partnership within three years, a $3,000 CME allowance, relocation assistance, and comprehensive health and retirement benefits
Candidate Requirements
- Board certified or board eligible in Urology (per bylaws)
- Open to new graduates or up to five years of experience
- American and international medical graduates welcome (must be eligible to work in the US - visa sponsorship not available)
- A robotic fellowship is a plus, but it won't be required
