Description

We seek a dynamic and experienced Clinical Operations Director who will be responsible for overseeing the business and clinical operations of multiple outpatient dialysis clinics in New York, NY. Responsibilities include quality, compliance, inventory, staffing and implementation of new initiatives. 

Job duties include ensuring compliance to all federal, state or local regulatory standards, serve as the point person for facility surveys and partners with company leadership to resolve any facility related issues.  The Clinical Operations Director manages a team of Facility Administrators to ensure quality patient care is provided by highly skilled and motivated healthcare professionals, work with Administrators and other departments such as admitting, quality, billing, accounting etc. to expand patient census.  

Requirements

We require a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Business or Healthcare field. Candidates must have at least seven (7) years progressive experience in healthcare management in an outpatient setting, dialysis and/or nephrology experience a plus.
