We are seeking experienced, board-certified Interventional Radiologists who are excited to join a high-growth, innovative practice focused exclusively on advanced outpatient image-guided therapies.
This role offers the opportunity to work in a high-volume procedural practice, collaborate with a strong multidisciplinary team, and participate in the continued expansion of a rapidly growing healthcare platform.

Procedural Scope:

Venous Disease
- Superficial Venous Insufficiency Treatment
- Deep Venous Disease Interventions
- Varicocele Embolization
Arterial Disease
- Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD) Interventions
- Limb Salvage Procedures
Interventional Oncology & Advanced Embolization
- Uterine Fibroid Embolization (UFE)
- Genicular Artery Embolization (GAE)
- Prostate Artery Embolization (PAE)
- Hepatic Artery Embolization (HAE)
Access & Dialysis
- Dialysis Access Creation and Maintenance
- Vascular Access Management
Our practice continues to expand into additional advanced outpatient interventions, creating significant procedural growth opportunities.
Compensation
Base Salary Range:
$450,000 – $1,000,000+
Compensation structure includes:
- Competitive base salary
- Productivity-based bonus opportunities
- Potential equity participation in the practice

Top performers have the opportunity to reach top 1% physician compensation nationally.

Qualifications:
- Board Certification in Interventional Radiology
- Minimum 2 years post-residency experience preferred
- Ability to independently perform the full spectrum of core IR procedures
- Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered approach
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume procedural environment
