Urologist - Hospital-Employed | Mississippi

$750K+ Base | No Non-Compete | Excellent Work-Life Balance

A well-established hospital system in Mississippi is seeking a Board-Certified Urologist to

join a hospital-employed practice and reestablish essential urology services in the community

following a long-tenured physician's retirement.

Position Highlights:

• 100% General Urology (Endo & Female Urology welcomed)
• Hospital-employed with guaranteed OR block time
• 4 clinic days / 1 OR day per week
• No robotics, no trauma call
• APP support in clinic (Monday-Friday)
• Predictable call (10-14 days/month; compensation negotiable)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $750,200 + RVU production
• Sign-on bonus: $50K-$75K
• Relocation assistance: $10K
• 4 weeks PTO + 1 week CME ($3,000 allowance)
• Malpractice covered (tort state)
• No non-compete
• Visa support available (J-1 / H-1B)
