Our board-certified, fellowship-trained Interventional Radiologists and Invasive Cardiologists treat complex vascular and cardiovascular conditions in our state-of-the-art ambulatory surgery center (ASC) designed specifically for high-level outpatient procedures.

Our facility combines hospital-level procedural capability with a boutique, spa-like patient experience, allowing physicians to perform advanced procedures while practicing in a highly efficient outpatient environment.

We are seeking experienced, board-certified Interventional Radiologists interested in joining a

high-volume, mature IR practice that is fully established and ready for continued growth.

This is a turn-key opportunity with an existing patient base, strong referral network, and significant procedural demand.

Advanced Procedural Scope

Our physicians perform a broad range of advanced interventional radiology procedures, including:

Peripheral & Vascular Interventions

• Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD) interventions
• Dialysis access creation and management
• Vascular access procedures

Advanced Embolization Procedures

• Prostate Artery Embolization (PAE)
• Uterine Fibroid Embolization (UFE)
• Genicular Artery Embolization (GAE)
• Gonadal Vein Embolization (GVE)
• Hepatic Artery Embolization (HAE)
• Y-90 radioembolization

 
Venous Disease

• Superficial venous insufficiency treatment
• Deep venous disease management

Our advanced imaging capabilities, including cone beam CT and diagnostic CT scanning, allow physicians to perform sophisticated procedures in an efficient outpatient setting.

Compensation

Base Salary Range:

$450,000 – $1,000,000+

Compensation structure includes:

• Competitive base salary
• Productivity-based bonus opportunities
• Potential equity participation in the practice
• Significant upside tied to procedural volume

This role offers the opportunity to reach top 1% physician earnings nationally.

Qualifications

• Board Certification in Interventional Radiology
• Minimum 2 years post-residency experience preferred
• Ability to independently perform core interventional radiology procedures
• Experience with advanced embolization and vascular interventions preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered care philosophy
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
