We are seeking a dedicated and collaborative Associate Medical Director to join our growing Pediatric Emergency Medicine (PEM) team at Medical City Children's Hospital . As a key leader in a high-acuity, high-volume tertiary care center, you'll work alongside a supportive team that values clinical excellence, innovation, and mentorship.

What You'll Do:

• Partner with the other Associate Medical Director and Medical Director to enhance clinical quality and operations
• Support physician onboarding, education, and development
• Help shape department strategy and culture
• Foster collaboration with nursing, hospital leadership, and subspecialists
• Maintain a clinical role with flexible scheduling options

What We're Looking For:

• Board-certified/eligible in Pediatric Emergency Medicine
• Leadership experience or strong leadership potential - graduating PEM fellows are welcome to apply
• Passion for pediatric emergency care with specific skill in any of the following areas: POCUS, QI, Sedation, EMS, AI, Transfer Medical Control.

Medical City Children's Hospital serves as the flagship pediatric facility within the expansive Medical City Healthcare network.
