1099 or Full-Time | No Call Required | $300K–$325K Salary or $200–$220/Hour
A well-established outpatient surgical practice in Pismo Beach is looking for a CRNA who wants a Monday through Friday schedule, consistent case volume, and the freedom to choose how they work. Salaried or independent contractor, the compensation is strong either way, and the Central Coast location is genuinely difficult to beat.
What This Role Offers
- Outpatient-only anesthesia practice with a consistent mix of conscious sedation and general anesthesia across two busy surgical suites
- Collaborative multispecialty team spanning general surgery, GI, orthopedics, ENT, urology, and GYN
- No call or weekend requirements; optional call coverage available for additional income
- Choose between a full-time salaried model at $300,000 to $325,000 or a 1099 contractor rate of $200 to $220 per hour
Candidate Requirements
- Board Certified CRNA with active California licensure or the ability to obtain
- Comfortable working independently in a busy outpatient setting
- Proficient in performing blocks and comfortable with GI cases
